Quite often if we find ourselves in a cycle of anxiety, fear, depression and pain. It can be a reflection that we are struggling to be in the present. 97% of the time we are thinking from our subconscious mind and so our reactions are auto pilot and may be coming from a place of fear.
When an emotion is suppressed it may become a physical symptom and our immune system can be compromised .When pain is present it may be an accumulation of emotions that we’re holding onto. When we fear giving birth we discover what situation instilled self doubt and fear flying we research the need to be in control.
Anxiety, Depression, Fear, Phobia’s, Panic attacks, Stress, Shame, Guilt, Grief, Anger, Not feeling worthy may all be helped by looking after your emotional health
During your sessions we gently work with your subconscious mind and discover the root of when anxiety, depression or fear was first a problem. We honour your inner child that may have needed more support, we retrain the subconscious mind through MTT ( also known as EFT) and gentle eye movement ( also know as EMDR) and give you coping techniques to conquer negative emotions.
Bach flower Remedies are used which capture your individual emotions your body maybe storing and mindfulness techniques are taught to help you be in the present moment.
Through Emotional Stress relief we empower you to channel your experiences through visualisation, mindfulness (MBSR) tapping and breath work.
‘I have suffered with anxiety for many years and have only ever been offered anti-depressants. Whilst this helped me initially I wanted to find a way to improve my feelings without synthetics and prescribed drugs. Siobhan completely understood how I felt and with her nutritional advice and reflexology, I no longer need anti-depressants. I am so happy, my partner can not believe how quickly I am a changed person. Siobhan has introduced me to a healthy happy way of life. She is continuously studying and sharing her knowledge.”
MTT
MTT is a form of Emotional Freedom Technique and was developed by Austin Wyse. I was lucky to train with Austin in 2014 and again in 2017. I use and teach the techniques learnt in Clinic every day. MTT is very effective especially with long term stress, trauma and fears as unlike regular EFT it works with the mind processing the negative emotions in our belief system. This then allows pathways for the past to be healed allowing space for a positive shift.
Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR works with the mind to help process trauma and unpleasant memories. It is used in a lot of Psychological disorders and was developed in the 1980s by American psychologist Francine Shapiro.
“Thank you for guiding me through the many levels that got me to a state of anxiety. I can now say that I rarely feel anxious. My recent sessions with you have felt like a massive transformation in my state of mind. I have lost weight, feel positive ,energetic and taking my supplements have allowed me to process suppressed emotions , each session we peel back the layers of the onion and now I feel wonderful thank you”
Bach Remedies
There are 38 Remedies that were discovered by Dr Bach a physician, pathologist and bacteriologist in the 1920’s and 1930’s. In Clinic through Kinesiology we let your body select the correct remedy to support your emotional needs.
